游泳館位于體育中心東北部，人工湖東側(cè)，設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為1500座，建筑面積1.6萬(wàn)㎡,該館能承接省級(jí)綜合游泳比賽，國(guó)家單項(xiàng)比賽的需要。
游泳館平面呈扇形，由基礎(chǔ)看臺(tái)、屋蓋組成，看臺(tái)及基礎(chǔ)均采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)。
南側(cè)設(shè)置25m×50m比賽池一座，北側(cè)設(shè)置25m×25m練習(xí)池一座，內(nèi)有新聞發(fā)布室、接待室、貴賓室、裁判室、記者室等功能用房，并配有60多間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)房。堅(jiān)實(shí)的臺(tái)階基座，扇形的平面組合，曲線形的屋蓋體系，創(chuàng)造了極具個(gè)性的建筑形象。
Swimming gym
Swimming gym is on the northeast of sports center and to the east of man-made lake. There are 1,500 seats in it. The floor area of swimming gym is 16,000㎡.
It can meet the needs of the provincial multiple swimming matches or national individual swimming matches. The plane of the swimming gym is fan- shaped. Swimming gym is composed of stand and roof. The structure of stand and roof is cast-in-place concrete structure.In the south, there is a swimming pool which has 25m×50m surface area for competitions. In the north, there is a swimming pool which has 25m×25m for training or practice. In the gym, there are some functional rooms for news declaration, reception, VIP, and correspondents. There are also more than 60 standard rooms. Stable primary foundation, fan-shaped surface and curvilinear roof，all of this created very special architectural image.
